All doors and drawer fronts are sold unfinished. The standard, inline woods we work with are Cherry, Knotty Pine, Maple, Poplar and Red Oak. We also manufacture doors and drawer fronts of non-standard woods, including Superior and Knotty Alder, Ash, Cypress, Hickory, Sapele Mahogany, Spanish Cedar, Walnut, Wenge and White Oak. All 5 piece doors and drawer fronts are manufactured using space-balls to allow for expansion and contraction.

Doors are produced with the grain running vertically and drawers are produced with the grain running horizontally.

We do not charge extra for sanding. Doors and drawer fronts receive a smooth sanding equivalent to a 120-150 grit before shipping. Please note, customers may elect to finish sand doors and drawer fronts depending on their own specific finishing requirements. We do not guarantee the factory smooth sanding to be ready for finish.

Wood is a material, which behaves differently from board to board and from species to species. It can expand and contract when exposed to variations in humidity and temperature. Every species cuts, sands and finishes differently. All of these things, along with varying colors and grain patterns, are what make wood unique from other materials. We do not warranty against warpage as we cannot control environmental conditions once products leave our factory.
